Coaching Seminars for the Grade 5 Scholarship students were held on 5th and 7th Nov’22 at J/Urumpirai RCTM School and J/St.James Girls’ School respectively. These seminars were organised by HUDEC-Caritas Jaffna. Mr. N. Geethapongalan, Teacher conducted the seminars.
43 students participated at J/Urumpirai RCTMS and 65 Students participated at J/ St.James Girls’ School. These students are from Gurunagar J/ St.James Girls’ School 33, J/ St.James Boys’ School 13, J/Columbuthurai St. Joseph’s Vidyalayam 14 and Passiyoor Girls’ School 5.
The Resource persons revised the subjects in Grade 3, 4 & 5 through the PowerPoint presentation for the students to comprehend easily. In the second half of the seminar IQ papers were given to each student and the Gr. 5 Scholarship Teachers as a practice examination. The students were guided how to select the suitable answer within a timeframe given.
