Caritas Hudec Jaffna under SSEP program conducted an essay competition among 13 people ‘how we can develop small industries and farming’ 1st Prize winner will get 25000/- Rs and the rest will get 12500/-Rs each. Ms Neethimathy a development officer from DS office Karainagar was the resource person.
