Caritas HUDEC Jaffna has organised a seminar at The Jaffna Public library hall for 60 farmers from Sandilipay, Nallur, Tellipalai, Kopay and Kayts DS divisions. Mr Nadarajah Umanath national peace and reconciliation officer was the resource person. He empowered our beneficiaries to address their problems eloquently to the public, to religious leaders and to the government officials.
