Post navigation National Centre Sedec has organised a workshop for councillors from Batticaloa Trinco Mannar Kilinochi and Jaffna at Pandaterippu Retreat centre. This is a two days residential workshop and Dr Sivathasan Psychiatrist Consultant Jaffna teaching Hospital is the resource person. This program is funded by Misereor Caritas Hudec Jaffna has formed a Vigilant Committee to guide and assist the youth in Navanthurai area. Muslim Hindu and Christians together formed the committee and the Parish Priest of Navanthurai is the Patron.
